Martial arts drills and combinations on heavy bags and targets offer total body conditioning and stress relief!  Develop your strength, range of motion, agility, balance, and cardio endurance with kicks, punches, and knee and elbow strikes.  The music is pumping to keep you moving!!  (Note: please bring gloves or wraps, and arrive a few minutes early to wrap your hands.  Wraps are available for a $5 purchase at the front desk.). POLAR heart rate monitoring available for most kickboxing classes.

Cat is the Fitness Coordinator for The Sports Club of Novi. She's ACE-certified in both Group Fitness and Personal Training, as well as having specialty certifications in functional fitness, Queenax suspension training, and brain injuries. She holds a black belt in taekwondo and trains in capoeira, a Brazilian martial art. She's passionate about tailoring fitness to individuals! Cat offers personal training services in addition to instructing group classes at the club.
