Personal Trainer & Group Instructor
Brian graduated from Michigan State University in 2001 with a B.S. in Kinesiology & Exercise Science along with a Biological Science degree. He has a Masters Degree in Physical Education and Motor Development from West Virginia University.
Brian had a desire to develop and grow his skills sets as a personal trainer and help people achieve their goals. He has a Personal Training certification with a Performance Enhancement Specialization from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He also has experience and certifications that include Group Fitness Instruction, Agility/Speed, Basketball and Football Skill Training, and Running.
Most recently, Brian added Yoga to his skill set. He completed Hatha Yoga Teacher Training and is now a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200)!
