Clare has a B.S. in Health Science and Nutrition, is a Certified Group Fitness Instructor, and Certified Personal Trainer. Emphasizing functional fitness, she has worked with a diverse range of individuals from children with special needs to trained athletes. The Sports Club has so much to offer, a one-stop shop. It is clean and everyone is really friendly. It's a very pleasant environment. Tameka has saved my mental health with her yoga classes, not to mention my body.
