Brian graduated from Michigan State University in 2001 with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology Exercise Science along with a Biological Science degree. He has a Masters Degree in Physical Education and Motor Development from West Virginia University.
Brian had a desire to develop and grow his skills sets as a personal trainer and help people achieve their goals. He has a personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine with a Performance Enhancement Specialization. He also has experience and certifications that include Group Fitness Instruction, Agility/Speed, Basketball and Football Skill Training, and Running.
Brian has a tremendous passion for health and fitness. His training focuses on creating muscular balance and strength while maintaining fluidity of motion through increased flexibility.

The Sports Club a welcoming place and is always clean and well stocked with towels. There are a variety of free classes for members covering every type of activity. There are enough "regulars" so that it is easy to make friends.
The Sports Club has so much to offer, a one-stop shop. It is clean and everyone is really friendly. It's a very pleasant environment. Tameka has saved my mental health with her yoga classes, not to mention my body.
