Thomas grew up as a competitive swimmer and has been a swim instructor for 20 years. His aim with each student is to be encouraging, competitive, goal-oriented and patient.

I've lost count of all the Athletic Facilities I have worked
out at. I can say unequivocally what separates those facilities from the Novi
Athletic Club, is the personnel. The mood is set from the warm hello greeting

focus is to help you achieve the benefit and goal of your activity. I would be
