Kim Taylor Papp

Fitness Coordinator & Instructor

Kim comes to us with 30+ years as a certified Group Fitness Instructor and 40+ years as a competitive athlete.  She's a retired science educator and utilizes her educational background to help her program her classes.  

  

  • Her interests include metabolic conditioning, workouts that involve both moderate intensity and high intensity exercises, where athletes move from one exercise to the next with minimal rest.  Kim's a proponent of Tabata-style training and is a certified Tabata BootCamp Instructor.  She has certificates in Queenax Functional Training and TRX Suspension TrainingShe is also a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.
