YOUTH FITNESS

Join us for our brand new Kid Fit Bootcamp class! 

 

Kids will go through a variety of bodyweight exercises from squats to push ups and everything in between! It won't focus on a specific sport exercise in the class, more so a safe and inclusive way to get kids active! 


Our Fitness Manager Kim Taylor-Papp will work closely with the kids to learn proper form and healthy exercises! There may be some very light weights involved later on in the class. This class will take place in our Boxing room! 

Classes will run on Thursdays from 6:30 pm-7:30 pm for only $12 per class.  
  • We do ask to enroll at least 24 hours prior to ensure that we have space in the class!
